  I rented with Jackson Properties for three years, and it was a great experience. The staff are lovely and friendly. They truly seem invested in your experience as a tenant, and seem to know and recognize many of the students that rent through them.They have free breakfast during finals week, and hand deliver adorable goody bags for different holidays (like Halloween and Valentine's Day) to your door. Leanne in particular helped my roommates and I find both of our houses. She understood what we were looking for, and showed us great options. When it came time to choose which house we would sign for, she took time out of her day to make sure we were able to rent the one we loved. I lived at two different properties while renting with JP, and my roommates and I enjoyed both. Their maintenance team is amazing. They are all friendly and personable as well, and, in my experience, they never take more than a day to take care of a maintenance request. The properties are also very affordable, and they have lots of options, all within great proximity to FSU and TCC.
