  Reported several issues such as the person below me storing 7 to 10 large bags of garbage on their balcony... so far reported 3 times and nothing as been done. My daughter has encounter rats in the garbage several times. The apartments are crappie, i personally have two different colored carpets in mine that meet in the middle of the hall. The draws don't work well and the stoves don't change temp (always on high) not to mention the horrible dead fish smell in my daughters room which seems to be coming from the vent. She won't even sleep in there. Priced too high for what you get. Wouldn't ever move back here and can't wait to get out!

  It's only been a few months since my family moved here. So far so good. Pros: Nice Management Well maintained/ clean Quiet neighbors timely Maintenance Spacious apartments Pool& spa Lots of trees around CONS: There are some gnat problems but manageable **Parking Some families have more than 3+ vehicles. And you are only assigned one personal space. So if you are arriving late good luck with finding a space. No BBQing on the patio Gate doesn't close. Entrance and exit into the complex is really bumpy

  I recently went in the inquire about available apartments and prices. The two ladies in the front office were nice. I was able to tour the 2 bedroom model apartment and decided to rent here because I had to move out of my current apartment. When I went in to pay for the security deposit I was given a Utility and Renter's Insurance Verification form. I was shocked because I feel like the requirement for renter's insurance should be information that they give me up front, not on the day that I pay for my deposit. I read a lot of negative reviews and decided to give this place a try anyways. Now I'm nervous. Update 3/14/18 I have lived at Sunflorin for 7 months now and its clean and quiet. I'm changing my review of Sunflorin from 2 stars to 3 stars. For a large apartment complex, it is surprisingly quiet at night. This complex is really well maintained- there's a younger man who is the maintenance guy (I assume)- and I always see him going around and picking up trash every morning. I do see the occasional roach but its not a big issue. Parking can be hard to find because it is such a large complex but over all I haven't had any issues while living here.
