  The branch's computer system went down during my appointment today. After 30 minutes they were still unable to process the changes to my account and sent me down to the branch on Florin road. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a national bank to have infrastructure in place to prevent this sort of thing from happening

  I've been with the Freeport-Wentworth branch of B of A since 1975. They have never failed to provide me with great service. I have checking, savings and a Visa card, and I've never found an error and, although there are times of the day when they are very busy and I have to wait, if I go during their "off" hours, I usually get immediate service, and always cheerful help.
